How It Works

Live Agent Monitor integrates seamlessly with the RadioCom SOS Panic Room to provide instant, real-time protection.

  1. Set Up Panic Room

    2. Configure your RadioCom Panic Room settings and enable the Live Agent Monitor feature.

  2. Select a Live Monitor Agent

    3. Choose a trusted contact or a professional RadioCom paid Agent to act as your Live Monitor.

  3. Appoint & Configure Agent Access

    4. Assign your selected agent and grant controlled access to your device’s camera and microphone.

  4. Activate Panic Room

    5. Activate Panic Room when walking alone, meeting someone new, traveling, or anytime you feel unsafe

  5. Instant Alert to Agent

    6. Your designated agent receives an immediate alert with your live GPS location and real-time audio and video feed.

  6. Agent Monitors & Communicates

    7. The agent monitors your situation live, communicates with you as needed, and assesses risk in real time.

  7. Emergency Escalation if Needed

    8. If a threat is detected, your agent can activate SOS Panic on your behalf—alerting emergency contacts, police, and responders instantly.
